All Services require an ACTIVE credit/debit card in order to book appointment.
In order to avoid a $50 cancellation fee...please cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation of scheduled appointments with in 48hours $50 cancellation fee will be charged. No call No show 100% of scheduled service will be charged.
In assuring you have an efficient and memorable experience at Salon Zen, please arrive 5-10 mins prior to you appointment time. We allow a 10 min grace period. Late arrivals after 10 mins will be charged $20 and/or rescheduled after 10 mins past appointment time.
To provide our clients with a relaxing atmosphere, children and other guest are Not allowed in the salon unless being serviced.
If you are using one of our specials, please make mention upon scheduling your appointment and/or upon checkout, and if using a coupon; please show it upon checkout.
